Work
How our projects are run, measured and reported.
Each case study follows the same path: what we found, what we did about it in each channel, what changed, and what we would do next.
Case studies
These are sample case studies.
The businesses and figures below are illustrative. They show how we plan, run and report a project: what the audit looks for, what each channel is asked to do, how a result is measured and what happens next. They will be replaced with client projects, published with each client's permission.

Measurement
How we count a result before we report it.
A figure in a case study is only useful if you know how it was counted. These four rules apply to every project and every monthly report.
See how we workStep 01
Record the baseline first
Before anything changes, we note where each number stands, over a period long enough to smooth out one good or bad week.
Step 02
Define each metric once
What counts as a lead, a booking or a sale is written down at the start and tracked the same way in every channel and every report.
Step 03
Compare like with like
Same length of period, same season where it matters, and a note on anything else that moved: pricing, stock, a site launch.
Step 04
Report what did not work
Tests that lost and channels that fell short sit in the monthly report next to the wins, with what we plan to do about them.
