Analytics

Know what's working, and why.

Clean tracking, sensible attribution and dashboards your team will open, so every decision starts from numbers you trust.

Overview

Analytics & Tracking

Where it sits in the customer journey

  • Measure

Marketing decisions are only as good as the numbers behind them. If conversions are double-counted, channels are mislabeled or consent is misconfigured, every report built on top is wrong in ways nobody can see.

We set up tracking that records what matters, agree on how credit is assigned and build dashboards that answer the questions your team asks. Then we keep it maintained, because websites and platforms never stop changing.

A good fit when

  • Different tools report different numbers and nobody is sure which to believe.
  • You are about to increase spend and want to trust what you measure first.
  • Reports are built by hand every month from exported spreadsheets.

Scope

What's included

The work Analytics covers. The exact mix is agreed with you in the plan, and anything that is not needed yet is left out.

01

Google Analytics 4 setup and audits

Properties, events and conversions configured to match how your business makes money.

02

Tag Manager implementation

Every tag managed in one place, documented, and free of leftovers from past campaigns.

03

Conversion and server-side tracking

Purchases, leads and calls recorded accurately, including where browsers block standard tracking.

04

Attribution and channel reporting

An agreed view of what each channel contributes, with its limits stated plainly.

05

Live dashboards in Looker Studio

Reports that refresh on their own and answer one question per page.

06

Consent and privacy configuration

Consent banners and tag behavior set up so data collection respects each visitor's choice.

Method

How we approach it

Every Analytics engagement follows the same sequence, in this order, so nothing is built on guesses.

  1. Step 01

    Agree on what to measure

We start from business questions and work back to the events needed to answer them. That becomes a written measurement plan.

  2. Step 02

    Audit what exists

Every tag, event and conversion is checked against the plan. We list what is missing, broken or duplicated.

  3. Step 03

    Implement and verify

Tracking is rebuilt in Tag Manager, tested across browsers and devices, and compared with your backend numbers.

  4. Step 04

    Report and maintain

Dashboards go live, your team is walked through them, and tracking is rechecked whenever the site or a platform changes.

Measurement

What we measure

The numbers that go into every Analytics report, and the reason each one earns its place.

These are the metrics we track, not promised results. Targets are set with you once we have seen your baseline.

Tracked versus actual conversions
Comparing analytics with your order or CRM records shows how far everything else can be trusted.
Traffic with a known source
Visits labeled direct or unassigned hide where demand comes from. Clean tagging brings that share down.
Consent rate
How many visitors allow measurement determines how much modeling the reports have to rely on.
Channel contribution
Revenue and leads by channel under an agreed attribution model, so budget debates start from the same numbers.

Having GA4 installed and having tracking you can rely on are different things. Common problems include missing conversions, duplicated events and campaigns landing in the wrong channel. An audit tells you whether any of them apply to you.

You do. Analytics properties, Tag Manager containers and dashboards are created in accounts your business owns, with our team added as users. Everything is documented so another team could pick it up.

Yes. Call tracking, CRM imports and offline conversion uploads connect leads to the sales that close later, which is essential for a business that does not sell online.

They decide what you may collect and when. We configure consent so tags respect each visitor's choice, and use server-side tracking and modeled data where appropriate to keep reports useful. We are not a law firm, so legal sign-off stays with your counsel.
