Process

Four steps, then a steady rhythm.

Every engagement starts the same way: find out where you stand, agree on a plan, launch in stages, then improve it month after month. Here is what happens at each step, and what you get out of it.

Week 1–2

Discover

We audit your tracking, channels and competitors, and talk to the people who know your customers best. You get a plain-language picture of where you stand.

What we do

  • Review how conversions are tracked today, and compare the numbers in your analytics with the ones in your ad platforms and your own sales records.
  • Go through each active channel: account structure, spend, search terms, content and email flows.
  • Look at who you compete with in search and paid, and which keywords and audiences they are winning.
  • Talk to the people on your side who hear from customers every day.

What we need from you: Read access to your analytics and ad accounts, and an hour or two with the people who know your customers.

What you get

  • Marketing and tracking audit
  • Competitor and keyword research
  • Baseline numbers
Week 2–3

Plan

We turn the audit into a 90-day plan: which channels, in which order, with which budget, and the numbers each one is expected to move.

What we do

  • Rank the opportunities from the audit by likely return and by effort.
  • Choose the channels and the order they start in, with a budget for each.
  • Set a target for every channel and write down how it will be measured.
  • Walk you through the plan on a call and revise it until you are happy to sign off on it.

What we need from you: Your revenue goals and margins, and a decision on the plan before anything launches.

What you get

  • 90-day roadmap
  • Channel budgets and targets
  • Measurement plan
Week 3–6

Launch

Campaigns, content and landing pages go live in stages, each one tracked properly before the next begins.

What we do

  • Fix or set up conversion tracking first, and test it.
  • Build campaigns, landing pages and content in stages rather than all at once.
  • Check that each stage is recording correctly before the next one starts.
  • Switch on the dashboard, so you see the same numbers we do.

What we need from you: Approvals on creative and copy, and access to your website or CMS for landing pages and tags.

What you get

  • Campaigns and content live
  • Landing pages built
  • Dashboard switched on
Every month

Optimize & report

We review results every week, shift budget to what is working and send one honest report each month, with next month's priorities attached.

What we do

  • Review results each week and act on them: pause what is wasting money, extend what is working.
  • Run tests on creative, audiences, landing pages and subject lines, one clear question at a time.
  • Send one report a month covering what we did, what it changed and what we recommend next.
  • Update the priorities for the following month and agree on them with you.

What we need from you: Time for the planning call, and a heads-up whenever your business priorities shift.

What you get

  • Weekly optimizations
  • Monthly report
  • Updated priorities

Principles

Three rules that hold at every step.

The steps change shape from one business to the next. These do not.

  1. One plan across every channel

SEO, ads, social and email are planned together, so they share audiences, messages and learnings instead of competing for credit.

  2. Tracking before spending

No campaign goes live until its conversions are measured correctly. If we can't measure it, we say so before you pay for it.

  3. Reports you can read in five minutes

Each month you get what we did, what it changed and what we recommend next, in plain language, with the raw numbers a click away.

After launch

What a month looks like.

Once the first campaigns are live, the work settles into a four-week loop. The exact days move around; the order does not.

  1. Week 1

    Review

The month opens with the numbers: results by channel, set against what the plan expected, and the questions they raise.

    • Results against targets
    • What to stop, keep and extend
  2. Week 2

    Plan

The review becomes a short list for the month: which tests to run, what to build and where budget should move. You approve it before we start.

    • Planning call
    • Priorities for the month
  3. Week 3

    Build

New campaigns, creative, pages and emails get made and go live, each one tracked from the first click.

    • Assets for your approval
    • Launches, tracked
  4. Week 4

    Report

One report: what we did, what it changed and what we recommend next. It becomes the starting point for the next review.

    • Monthly report
    • Recommended next steps

Onboarding is the Discover and Plan steps above. It starts with a kick-off call and a short checklist of the access we need, then we audit your tracking, channels and competitors and turn what we find into a 90-day plan.

Nothing launches until you have agreed to the plan and the tracking behind it is working. The timings shown on this page are typical; a complicated tracking setup or a slow access handover can stretch them, and we will tell you if that is happening.

You have one point of contact who knows the whole account, and a shared chat channel with the team for quick questions. Planning calls run on a regular schedule that depends on the size of the engagement.

Decisions that change budget or direction are confirmed in writing, so there is always a record of what was agreed and why.

Usually your analytics, tag manager, search console, ad accounts, website or CMS, and your email platform. Which of those depends on the channels in your plan.

You add us as users through each platform's own permission settings, so no passwords need to be shared, and we ask for the level of access the work requires. Where you already have accounts, we work inside them.

One report a month covering what we did, what it changed and what we recommend next. It is written in plain language, with the raw numbers a click away for anyone who wants to check them.

Between reports, the dashboard set up at launch shows the same figures we are looking at, and the planning call is where we go through them together.

They usually do, and the plan is built to be revised. Tell your point of contact what has changed. We will show you what moves down the list to make room, what it does to the budget and the targets, and confirm the new version with you before acting on it.

Priorities are also reviewed every month as part of the report, so smaller course corrections happen without anyone having to ask.

No. An engagement can start with one or two channels and grow from there. The Discover step is where we work out which channel is most likely to pay back first, and the plan says what would need to be true before adding the next one.
