Social Media

Show up where your audience already is.

Channel strategy, campaigns and creator partnerships that grow the right audience and turn followers into people who actually buy.

Overview

Social Media Marketing

Where it sits in the customer journey

  • Attract

Social is where people get a feel for a brand long before they visit its website. Done well, it makes every other channel work harder. Done as an afterthought, it is a calendar of posts nobody asked for.

We set a clear role for each platform, build campaigns around a few themes your audience cares about, and plan organic and paid social together, so the strongest ideas get a budget behind them. Running the accounts day to day is its own service, Social Media Management, and the two work from the same plan.

A good fit when

  • Your buyers discover and compare brands on social before they search.
  • The accounts are active, but the audience is not growing and nobody can say why.
  • You have a product or a story that shows well on camera.

Scope

What's included

The work Social Media covers. The exact mix is agreed with you in the plan, and anything that is not needed yet is left out.

01

Channel and content strategy

Which platforms to be on, what each one is for, and the themes that will carry your content.

02

Campaign concepts and launches

Campaigns built around a launch, a season or an idea, each with a goal and a plan for the weeks after it goes live.

03

Short-form video and motion

Vertical video, cut-downs and motion graphics made for how people watch on each platform.

04

Audience growth programs

Series, collaborations and paid support planned to reach more of the right people, not simply more people.

05

Creator and influencer partnerships

Creators matched to your audience, briefed properly and tracked on what their content delivers.

06

Social listening and reporting

A regular read on what people say about you and your category, folded into the monthly report.

Method

How we approach it

Every Social Media engagement follows the same sequence, in this order, so nothing is built on guesses.

  1. Step 01

    Define each channel's role

We look at where your audience is active and decide what each platform is for: reach, proof, community or sales.

  2. Step 02

    Build the content system

Three or four recurring themes, a visual style and a production routine, so quality does not depend on inspiration.

  3. Step 03

    Launch campaigns, not just posts

Each quarter gets one or two campaigns with a goal, a creative idea and a launch plan that covers organic, creators and paid.

  4. Step 04

    Learn from what lands

Each month we review what earned attention and action, retire what did not, and put paid budget behind the best performers.

Measurement

What we measure

The numbers that go into every Social Media report, and the reason each one earns its place.

These are the metrics we track, not promised results. Targets are set with you once we have seen your baseline.

Reach in your target audience
How many of the right people saw your content, which matters more than a raw follower count.
Engagement rate
Saves, shares, comments and replies per post show whether the content is worth people's time.
Clicks and conversions from social
Traffic, leads and sales that began on a social platform, tracked through to your site.
Audience growth
New followers who match your buyers, and where they came from. Growth in the wrong audience flatters the count and nothing else.

No. Most brands do better on two platforms with a clear purpose than on five carrying the same recycled post. We recommend where to focus based on your audience and how much content you can realistically produce.

We plan, write, design and edit. For photo and video we can work from footage you capture, direct a shoot or bring in creators. The mix depends on how visual your product is and what your team can supply.

This service decides what your accounts are for: which platforms, which campaigns, which audiences to grow and how the result is measured. Social Media Management is the daily running of those accounts: scheduling, publishing, replying and moderating. You can take either on its own. Together, the strategy sets the direction and the day-to-day management carries it out.

Often, yes. Tracked links, platform data and post-purchase surveys show where social contributed. It also influences purchases that close on other channels, so we report the direct numbers and the supporting ones separately.
